In this age of instant communications it is important to remember that we are connecting with people reguardless of the mode we use to get our message out there … wheather we use email, forums, facebook groups etc
We really need to start treating the person receiving our message as human beings and show them some respect …not treat them like just another deposit in the bank.
I was recently browsing some of the groups I am a member of on facebook …. and came across a post where the person after making his “sales presentation” made this … what I thought was an insulting comment.
“FYI…I do not have time to look at comments!”
This guy had used a program that posts to multiply groups from the one site …. really …. do you expect people to buy your product or connect with you, if you can’t even be bothered to check your own posts.
Interacting is a two way street, just remember if you want me to read your post and response then please have the forsight to at least read what I have to say.
Am I being too picky or would you reply to this guy or buy whatever he was selling?
Do you think bulk postings are killing groups that help us connect with like minded people?
